Video: Ministers’ information reviews services in Sharqia

 The Information and Decision Support Center of the Council of Ministers published a number of videos on its digital platforms on social networking sites, through which it reviewed a number of meetings and tours it conducted during a field visit to Al-Sharqiya Governorate, with the aim of shedding light on the development projects that the governorate witnessed, in a way that serves the interests of citizens and contributes to achieving development goals in various areas. Sectors.

 

Engineer Hazem Al-Ashmouni, Governor of Al-Sharqiya, said that the governorate places at its top priorities enhancing the investment climate and providing an attractive environment for investors, noting that there are great efforts currently being made in this context, pointing to the great achievements in developing the axes connecting the centers and duplicating the lines in coordination with the Ministry of Transport represented by the Roads Authority, which It contributes to facilitating movement and supports development efforts in various sectors, and the governor called on investors to benefit from this infrastructure to pump new investments into the governorate, in light of the facilities and incentives provided by the competent authorities to the business communities.

 

 

"Al-Ashmouni" added, The governorate pays great attention to controlling the price file and supporting citizens, as the one-day market was implemented in all centers to provide local products directly to consumers. He pointed out that Sharqia is distinguished by being a productive governorate, which ensures the availability of most products within it. He also praised the presence of distribution outlets through which the governorate supports some goods at reduced prices, in addition to the outlets of the armed forces and the outlets of the “Decent Life” initiative. spread throughout the governorate, and he added that Sharqiya leads the supply of wheat at the governorate level, exceeding 600 thousand tons, which reflects the governorate’s efforts to support food security.

 

The governor stressed that there is a great keenness to enhance direct communication with citizens, by holding weekly meetings with citizens on Mondays to find out their problems, in addition to organizing field visits to the centers to hold meetings in the presence of Executive leadership, as part of a comprehensive plan to enhance direct communication with citizens and respond immediately to their requirements.

 

In the health and education sectors, “Al-Ashmouni” explained: The governorate is working to develop the health sector continuously, as it includes 34 government hospitals that are being developed and raised to ensure the best services are provided to patients, in addition to 51 private hospitals providing their services to citizens, accompanied by the “Information Center” team. On a field tour at Al-Saadien Central Hospital in one of the villages of Minya Al-Qamh, to review the health services the hospital provides at the highest level.

In the education sector, the governor reported that 41 new schools were added during the past year alone, with the aim of providing better educational services and reducing density in classrooms. The governorate also pays special attention to expanding the establishment of technological and technical schools, such as Al-Suwaidi School in the Deirab Negm Center, which will achieve a breakthrough in the quality of education and take into account the requirements of the labor market.

With regard to the reconciliation file, the governor stressed the importance of following up on procedures for settling building violations and legalization work, noting that the governorate occupies fourth place at the governorate level in the rate of completion of the reconciliation file at 81.3%, and also leads Second place in the rate of receiving citizen requests, pointing to the efforts made to stop encroachments on land, as more than 750 plots of land were recovered, stressing the facilitation of reconciliation procedures for citizens through more than 126 technology centers in the governorate, in addition to operating a mobile vehicle in high-density areas to facilitate the rapid completion of procedures.

 

And in the housing sector, Two large projects were implemented in coordination with the Urban Development Fund. The Hariri Towers, which include 1,440 residential units ready for reservation, were completed in the Zagazig and Kafr Al-Hamam centers, in addition to ongoing work on implementing 6,000 housing units in Kafr Al-Hamam. He pointed out that the governorate achieved a development boom through the presidential initiative “A Decent Life,” as the completion rate of work in the Al-Husseiniya Center exceeded 95%, which It reflects positively on the quality of services provided to citizens, indicating the readiness of 5 other centers to enter the second phase of the initiative, to strengthen the system of development services in the governorate.

 

In the industrial sector, the Governor of Al-Sharqiya confirmed that this issue receives great attention, given the governorate’s large industrial areas, including the Al-Zawamil region and the Belbeis region, in addition to the cities of 10th of Ramadan and Al-Salhiya, which constitute basic pillars of industry and trade in the governorate, adding that these areas contribute greatly to supporting the local economy and providing multiple job opportunities for the people of the governorate, including people of determination.

With regard to the hygiene file, Al-Ashmouni stressed: The governorate relies mainly on self-effort in managing this file, with limited cooperation with some civil society organizations in some villages and under the direct supervision of the governorate, indicating the presence of a rapid intervention unit that is sent to areas that require an urgent response to ensure continuous cleanliness and a healthy environment for citizens.

 

The governor also accompanied the “Center” team. Information" On a field visit to the Minya Al-Qamh Post Office, to check on the level of services provided to citizens, noting that the governorate includes 429 post offices spread throughout various parts, providing various services to citizens as part of the state’s efforts towards improving the quality of government services and facilitating access to them.
